Worship on Sunday Mornings
Traditional Worship, 11am
Sunday morning worship service is the most important experience of the week for our whole church family. It is the gathering of members and guests in the worship of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. During the service we listen to contemplative music, hear praises sung by our choirs, sing congregational praises, collect tithes and offerings, and offer an opportunity for church membership. Our Pastor brings a message to the congregation and provides instruction regarding God's word.

Contemporary Service, 8:45 am
At 8:45, we offer a worship service in a more contemporary style. Much of this service feels less formal, where freedom of expression is encouraged by our worship leader and praise band. Although the format differs some from the Traditional Service, the Contemporary Service shares the same quality and passion for the Lord!

Sunday Morning Bible Study
This ministry coordinates activities of First Baptist Church related to Sunday Morning Bible Study education for all ages. Ministry teams carry this out for each of these areas. Available classes include: Preschool (nursery) - Classes available by age, from birth to six.

Children - Classes available by grade, from one to six.
Youth - Classes available by grade, from seven to twelve.
College - Classes available for college age.
Adult - Classes are available according to interests and topics.
Senior Adult - Classes available for men, women, and/or couples.

Wednesday Evenings at First Baptist Church
On Wednesday evenings throughout the school year, the church family and friends gather for age-graded missions education, music education and rehearsals, prayer meeting, Bible study and team and group meetings. The "usual" Wednesday schedule is:

5:00 P.M.   Children's Choirs
5:30 P.M.   Family Night Supper
6:15 P.M.   Prayer Meeting/Children's Missions/Student Ministries
7:00 P.M.   Chancel Choir Rehearsal

                 Praise & Worship Team Rehearsal

                 Various Teams and Groups Meeting

Programs and Ministries include:
•For Children: Mission Friends for preschool children.
•For Younger Girls: Girls in Action for girls grades one to six.
•For Boys: Royal Ambassadors for boys grades one to eight.
•For Youth: Youth Talk and Youth Teams.
•For Women: Woman's Missionary Organizations
